Senior Project Manager

About the role

Bluesquare is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium‑to‑large health‑technology projects across multiple countries. The role will coordinate implementation from tendering through delivery, ensuring high‑quality solutions for global health partners.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to clients and partners, defining needs, shaping solutions and establishing short‑ and medium‑term roadmaps.
• Monitor projects from design to completion, overseeing delivery, capacity building, budget management and donor reporting.
• Navigate complex institutional environments, engaging ministries, donors and multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and reports in collaboration with technical leads.
• Maintain and update Bluesquare’s project management tools (JIRA and Odoo).

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑partner, multi‑country technical projects in the health or development sector.
• Strong understanding of health information systems and digital health tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly (2‑3 times per year) to implementation sites.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
