Sourcing Manager – Fine Jewelry

About the role

Quince is looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead vendor relationships for its Fine Jewelry category. The role will develop and execute sourcing strategies, ensuring high‑quality, cost‑effective, and scalable supply for our luxury‑grade products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new jewelry suppliers that meet quality, cost, speed, reliability and scalability criteria.
• Conduct business‑need analysis and present vendor proposals to internal stakeholders.
• Manage ongoing supplier performance through weekly and monthly business reviews, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish clear onboarding test periods and criteria to assess supplier scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sourcing decisions with product design, production, and sustainability goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing, procurement or vendor management, preferably within jewelry, luxury goods or related retail sectors.
• Strong analytical abilities to translate business needs into supplier specifications.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills to influence and support internal and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.
