SPEC Acceptance & Reporting Specialist

About the role

The SPEC Acceptance & Reporting Specialist ensures proper tracking of Capex acceptance across the network, coordinating with third‑party providers and managing reporting tools. The role supports RAN and transmission acceptance, Capex reporting, and network deployment tool administration.

Key responsibilities

• Track and report site implementation from scope definition to on‑air status, including PO issuance, material delivery, GRN status, and inventory aging.
• Coordinate acceptance activities with managed services and external contractors.
• Gather required documents from planning divisions (radio cuts, transmission LB, VSAT planning).
• Run regular meetings with contractors and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Maintain and enhance the Smartsheet tracker and related functionalities.
• Hand over project documentation to Technology Operations and keep databases up‑to‑date.
• Produce project implementation, Capex/Opex spend, and acceptance reports.

Required profile

• Good understanding of GSM, 3G and LTE network principles and operations (essential).
• At least 2 years of experience in project management within telecom or related fields.
• Experience in contract management and budget principles.
• Diploma in electronic/telecom/communication; project management certification is desirable.
