Supply Chain Director

About the role

The Supply Chain Director will lead the end‑to‑end supply chain function, ensuring product availability at optimal cost, speed and quality. This role combines strategic planning, operational execution and cross‑functional coordination across purchasing, logistics, warehousing and fleet management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise import and customs transit operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and fast clearance.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers and port authorities.
• Define purchasing strategy, negotiate with local and international suppliers, and secure raw material and finished‑goods availability.
• Establish and run the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align commercial demand, production capacity and logistics.
• Oversee warehouses, inventory, distribution networks and fleet maintenance, monitoring performance indicators such as OTIF and vehicle safety.
• Optimize physical and information flows using ERP, APS and BI tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 3‑7 years of leadership experience in FMCG, agri‑food or mass‑distribution supply chains.
• Proven ability to coordinate upstream and downstream flows and to implement cross‑functional S&OP.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
