Technical Advisor – Malaria & Campaign Digitization

About the role

The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is seeking a highly motivated Technical Advisor to lead its Malaria and Campaign Digitization program in Francophone Africa, with a primary focus on the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role combines public‑health expertise, data‑driven analytics, and digital‑health innovation to accelerate reductions in malaria cases and deaths.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale digital solutions that support malaria prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and surveillance in DRC.
• Analyze epidemiological and program data to generate actionable insights for policymakers and implementing partners.
• Facilitate high‑level strategic discussions with multi‑disciplinary, multicultural stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with CHAI’s regional malaria manager, DRC country malaria team, and digital‑health specialists.
• Provide technical guidance and hands‑on support for both large‑scale initiatives and routine tasks.

Required profile

• Strong background in public health, preferably with experience in malaria or neglected tropical diseases.
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is a plus.
