Technical Project Manager – Card Migration PMO

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Card Migration PMO to support the planning, governance and delivery of a complex card migration programme in Kinshasa. This is a 12‑month renewable contract focusing on end‑to‑end migration activities and coordination with banks, payment processors and technology vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end card migration planning, readiness, cutover and post‑migration activities.
• Manage PMO governance, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, reporting and escalations.
• Coordinate with banks, payment processors, card schemes, technology vendors and internal teams.
• Support card issuing, acquiring, payment systems, testing, certification and go‑live activities.
• Drive technical and operational readiness across migration workstreams.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and steering committee updates.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Strong experience in card migration, card platform transformation or payment system implementation.
• Experience across card issuing, acquiring, payment processors or card management systems.
• Strong PMO and technical project management background.
• Experience with testing, UAT, certification, cutover and go‑live phases.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Banking, payments or fintech experience is preferred.
