Techno Commercial Manager – Electrical/Cable Industry

About the role

The company is seeking a Techno Commercial Manager to lead its electrical and cable business in Kinshasa. You will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to win tenders, develop projects and grow the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for tenders.
• Develop quotations, manage project coordination and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive business development activities and identify new market opportunities.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and act as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support sales growth and ensure alignment between technical and commercial functions.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in a techno‑commercial role.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• Proven experience in the electrical or cable industry.
• Demonstrated success in tendering, quotation preparation, project coordination and business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
