UX/UI Designer – Product & Marketing

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for B2C brands and needs a world‑class UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, beautiful, and high‑converting experiences across its product, marketing site, and customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive dashboards, workflows, and integrations for the core product.
• Create conversion‑focused marketing assets, including landing pages, product pages, and demo flows.
• Define, maintain, and expand a cohesive design system and component library.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to iterate rapidly.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing SaaS dashboards and marketing interfaces.
• Strong visual sense with a focus on conversion and brand consistency.
• Ability to work directly with CEOs, product managers, and engineers.
• Comfortable gathering user feedback and turning insights into design improvements.
