Vietnamese Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role

This hourly, remote contractor position focuses on leading quality assurance for Vietnamese AI training projects. You will ensure that AI‑generated Vietnamese content meets high standards of accuracy, fluency, cultural relevance, and adherence to detailed rubrics.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Vietnamese content and trainer/QA work against project guidelines.
• Provide precise written feedback in English to improve contributor performance.
• Identify recurring quality issues and communicate updates to trainers and QA teams.
• Support onboarding of new contributors and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Activate and monitor contributors who are not consistently delivering work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Vietnamese, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in Vietnamese with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong command of English for following guidelines and providing feedback.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Vietnamese writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, education, annotation, or similar workflows.
• Deep understanding of Vietnamese grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone markers, diacritics, register, and cultural context.
