About the role

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions, order issues, and general concerns through chat and email in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot problems, deliver accurate solutions, and document each interaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the support platform and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to guarantee consistent, high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in French and English.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Reliable home office setup with a computer and high‑speed internet.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
