French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt assistance via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support platform.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce or tech support.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a remote team.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify support platforms.
