MEAL Manager

About the role

The MEAL Manager will lead Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning activities for World Vision’s health programmes in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This position supports the organization’s mission to improve the well‑being of vulnerable children and communities through evidence‑based interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee MEAL frameworks for health, nutrition and related programmes.
• Collaborate with national and provincial health authorities, faith‑based and community organisations to strengthen health service delivery.
• Collect, analyse and report data on programme performance, disease prevention, maternal and child health outcomes and malnutrition.
• Ensure compliance with World Vision governance, financial integrity and national regulations.
• Support emergency response and humanitarian interventions through timely monitoring and learning.

Required profile

• Experience working in health or humanitarian programmes in the DRC or similar contexts.
• Strong understanding of community‑based health service delivery and disease prevention.
• Ability to work with government, NGOs, faith‑based partners and local communities.
• Commitment to World Vision’s Christian values and mission.
