Service Parts Logistics Ops Specialist

About the role

The Service Parts Logistics (SPL) Ops Specialist works within UPS to support the full customer lifecycle for the SPL product. This role collaborates with Business Development, Solutions, Operations and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and strong account relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to customer requests and issues across the SPL portfolio.
• Support new customer implementations and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Conduct research, generate reports, and identify opportunities for deeper account penetration.
• Ensure compliance with customer service standards and drive process improvements.
• Maintain high levels of quality and service throughout the customer journey.
