Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to conduct detailed business analysis, uncover improvement opportunities, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications. Acting as the bridge between business and technical teams, the analyst ensures alignment, effective communication, and delivery of measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive analyses to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions that meet business needs.
• Plan, monitor, and manage the full business‑analysis lifecycle, including stakeholder workshops and requirement‑gathering sessions.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable specifications for technical teams.
• Maintain requirement documentation, oversee change management, and support decision‑making with detailed analysis.
• Collaborate with technical experts to design effective solutions and validate implemented solutions against business expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of direct Business Analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence, Project Management, Agile delivery, risk management principles, and telecommunications business processes.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior management.
• Proven problem‑solving, analytical, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
