About the role
We are looking for an energetic Import & Export Business Development Manager to drive growth across our key accounts. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base, ensuring high satisfaction, and maximizing revenue from existing relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and acquiring new customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Coordinate pre‑sales and post‑sales activities.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Monitor market trends and provide competitor feedback.
- Generate new business by following up on leads and researching target clients.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or account executive roles, preferably within the other services sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Goal‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
- Effective networker and relationship builder.
