Organizational Development Manager

About the role

The Organizational Development Manager will report directly to the Chief People Officer and lead the Organisation Development and Effectiveness agenda at Kamoto Copper Company. The role focuses on aligning organisational structures, governance, and talent strategies with the company’s operational, safety, and localisation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and redesign organisational structures, spans, layers, and decision rights.
• Lead implementation of Requisite Organization and Levels of Work principles.
• Support job analysis, evaluation, and governance clarity.
• Drive data‑driven design initiatives to improve productivity and accountability.
• Monitor headcount governance, spans, layers and efficiency indicators.
• Lead enterprise change initiatives, applying Prosci/ADKAR methodologies.
• Design and embed a Leadership Competency Framework aligned with Glencore Values.
• Coach senior leaders and managers on leadership effectiveness.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and localisation strategies for critical roles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in organisational design, change management and leadership development.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable organisational improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
