Organizational Development Manager

About the role

The Organizational Development Manager reports to the Chief People Officer and leads the Organisation Development and Effectiveness agenda at Kamoto Copper Company. The role ensures that structures, governance, talent pipelines and workforce plans are aligned with operational strategy, productivity goals, safety priorities and localisation commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and redesign organisational structures, spans, layers and decision rights; embed Requisite Organization principles.
• Lead enterprise change initiatives such as restructures, system roll‑outs and process simplifications using recognised methodologies.
• Design and embed a Leadership Competency Framework aligned to Glencore Values; deliver leadership and safety development programmes.
• Conduct talent reviews, succession planning and localisation pipelines for critical roles.
• Develop rolling 18‑24 month workforce plans in partnership with HR, Finance and Operations; align recruitment to production ramps.
• Translate engagement survey insights into concrete action plans to shape culture and ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience in organisational design, change management and HR transformation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data‑driven insights for workforce productivity.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across HR, Finance and Operations.
• Demonstrated capability to coach senior leaders and drive leadership effectiveness.
