Account Executive

About the role

UPS is seeking an Account Executive to develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients within a defined geographic area. The role focuses on generating new business, retaining existing customers, and delivering UPS services that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Initiate contact via phone or email, gather initial information, and schedule appointments.
• Analyze customer requirements and present appropriate UPS solutions.
• Prepare and submit bids and proposals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with active clients in the portfolio.
• Handle maintenance, problem resolution, and overall sales management for assigned accounts.
• Track sales performance and update internal reporting systems regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
• Meets local age and operational requirements to operate a vehicle.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to five days per week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
