Delivery Leader – Health Consulting (DRC)

About the role

Delivery Associates is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to support a health‑focused engagement in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The role lasts approximately six months and focuses on immunization and public‑health‑systems strengthening.

Key responsibilities

• Engage senior government officials (mayors, prime ministers, presidents) to shape and test policy recommendations.
• Build trust‑based relationships with partner organisations, government clients and stakeholders.
• Collect and analyse data to identify critical issues and develop actionable recommendations.
• Design, sequence and implement prioritized reforms aligned with government strategy.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth execution and alignment.

Required profile

• Proven consultancy experience in health, immunization or public‑health‑systems strengthening.
• Demonstrated ability to work within the DRC context.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience delivering results in complex environments.
