Import and Export Specialist

About the role

Join Epiroc DRC Sarl as an Import and Export Specialist in Kolwezi. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of import and export licences, ensuring compliance with customs, trade and central bank regulations, and supporting seamless cross‑border operations for the Parts & Services Division EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage issuance, monitoring and closure of import and export licences.
• Prepare, verify and submit all required documentation such as declarations, certificates, invoices and insurance papers.
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade and central‑bank regulations for every transaction.
• Track licence deadlines, monitor compliance status and proactively resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for licences and related documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams, banks and external partners to optimise trade processes.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Economics, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations and trade compliance.
• Excellent analytical abilities and high attention to detail.
• Organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
