Order Fulfillment Planner

About the role

Epiroc’s Parts & Services Division in the DRC is seeking an Order Fulfillment Planner to ensure smooth execution of customer orders from entry to delivery. You will drive accuracy, efficiency and on‑time performance while supporting the company’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and process customer orders accurately in the BPCS system.
• Coordinate fulfillment activities and provide reliable delivery commitments.
• Monitor and achieve on‑time, in‑full delivery (SIFOT/DIFOT) for internal and external customers.
• Resolve order‑related issues, including ACIGN tickets and customer claims.
• Track key supply‑chain performance indicators and manage order cycle times.
• Identify and implement process improvements to minimise delays.

Required profile

• Diploma in Management, Communication, Technical Studies or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of customer service, procurement and supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• BPCS (ERP) order management system.
• Transportation Management System (TMS) knowledge.
