About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director for the European market to lead our sales strategy, drive new business acquisition and expand relationships with existing clients across the telecom and roaming sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to attract, engage and win new customers.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through renewals and upselling of professional services.
- Accurately forecast sales performance and track progress against targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and supply‑demand dynamics.
- Build strong internal partnerships to deliver comprehensive telecom and roaming solutions.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in software sales, carrier sales or related telecom environments.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading commercial direction.
- Strong understanding of telecom, roaming wholesale processes and data/financial clearing.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience with forecasting and strategic sales planning tools.
- Knowledge of roaming wholesale processes and financial clearing.
