Senior Business Intelligence & Performance Analyst

About the role

The Senior Business Intelligence & Performance Analyst will deliver end‑to‑end business performance analysis and actionable insights to support commercial and regional decision‑making. You will ensure data integrity, visibility of performance metrics, and provide insight‑driven recommendations that enable revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Track and analyse commercial KPIs such as revenue, product performance, customer base, usage, acquisition, churn and offer performance.
• Produce and automate hourly, daily, weekly and monthly commercial performance reports and dashboards for management review.
• Conduct deep‑dive performance analyses to explain variances (day‑to‑day, MTD, MoM, YoY, YTD) across services, regions and sites.
• Analyse products, offers, promotions and pricing performance to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and early‑view performance tracking in collaboration with Finance.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support commercial decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Product, CVM, Sales, Marketing and Network teams to align analysis with business objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity in all reports and analyses.

Required profile

• Strong experience in business performance analysis, BI reporting and insight generation.
• Solid understanding of commercial and regional KPIs in a telecom environment.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear, executive‑ready insights.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Commercial, Finance, Network, Strategy).
• High analytical rigor with strong attention to detail.
