Senior Specialist – Margin Assurance

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Margin Assurance & Group Governance safeguards profitability across GSM and Mobile Financial Services. Reporting to the Margin Assurance Manager, the role ensures end‑to‑end revenue integrity, operational efficiency, and robust governance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse daily margin performance for Voice, Data, SMS, VAS and Interconnect services.
• Validate tariffs, bundles, promotions and pricing configurations for accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile usage, billing, rating, mediation and financial systems to detect revenue leakages.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, operational anomalies and partner settlement issues.
• Support UAT for product, pricing, network and system changes, assessing financial impact.
• Maintain audit trails, change logs and ensure adherence to governance procedures.
• Track and resolve revenue leakage incidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in margin or revenue assurance within telecom and mobile financial services.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and support change‑management initiatives.
