Analyst – Financial Management (Kinshasa Cluster)

About the role

World Vision is seeking a dedicated Analyst to provide financial oversight and reporting for its Kinshasa cluster. The role supports project budgeting, variance analysis, and donor reporting while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor burn rates across all cluster projects, identify trends, and flag risks.
• Produce detailed financial reports for each project and consolidate them for internal and donor use.
• Prepare and present Field Financial Reports (FFRs) at the cluster level.
• Conduct variance analysis, investigate deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead budget preparation, consolidate inputs, and upload approved budgets into Horizon and IMPAQ systems.
• Process invoices in Provision, support mobile‑money disbursements, and maintain the asset register.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor financial implementation and build capacity.
• Implement cost allocation for shared services and support audits and asset disposals.

Required profile

• Experience in financial monitoring, reporting, and budget coordination within a humanitarian or nonprofit context.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate variances and propose solutions.
• Familiarity with donor reporting requirements and audit‑ready documentation.
• Ability to travel to field sites and engage with local teams.
