Assistant - Client Relationship (Nurturer)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Assistant to nurture and strengthen relationships with our clients, partners, and referral networks. This role focuses on relationship building rather than sales, ensuring consistent engagement and a positive brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Actively build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, builders, investors, and other partners.
• Make proactive outbound calls to past clients, warm leads, and referral partners to nurture relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Manage the contact database and CRM system with meticulous accuracy, including setting up automation workflows.
• Oversee company communications across email and social media platforms to maintain a cohesive digital presence.
• Assist in planning and executing targeted marketing and lead‑generation activities.
• Monitor and manage testimonials and review platforms to protect and enhance the company’s reputation.

Required profile

• Exceptional English verbal communication with a friendly, empathetic, and professional phone presence.
• Highly organized, proactive, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule aligned with US business hours.
• Clear understanding that the role is relationship‑building, not sales.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM administration and automation tools.
