Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a fluent French‑English speaker to provide non‑voice customer support in a fully remote setting. You will handle chat and email inquiries, ensuring customers receive clear, accurate information and a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions, orders and concerns via chat and email in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot issues, deliver precise solutions, and document each interaction.
• Maintain accurate records in the support platform.
• Collaborate with teammates to guarantee consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations.
• Organized, reliable and solution‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
