Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a fluent French‑English speaker to join its fully remote customer support team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in both French and English through chat and email.
• Answer inquiries, process orders and resolve general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
• Reliable home office setup with computer, high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
