Billing Integrity & Performance Specialist – Prepaid Services

About the role

The Billing Integrity & Performance Specialist (Prepaid Services) ensures accurate, compliant, and reliable billing for prepaid telecom services. The role monitors daily billing transactions, validates data integrity, and supports revenue assurance across the billing ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and track daily billing integrity reports and issue‑resolution logs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), tariffs, and transaction data through online dashboards with visual alerts.
• Analyze billing data, recharges, bundle allocations, and service provisioning to detect and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle high‑priority (P1/P2) incidents, providing impact analysis and status updates until closure.
• Collaborate with IT peers, managers, and Vodacom DRC leaders to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with telecom regulatory requirements, including taxation and data privacy.

Required profile

• Residency in Kinshasa, DRC.
• Experience in telecom billing, revenue assurance, or financial analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work long hours during critical incidents.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in PL/SQL programming.
• Knowledge of PHP or Python for scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and telecom billing systems.
