About the role
The inbound Customer Service Representative handles incoming telephone calls from customers, quickly identifying their needs and providing effective solutions. The role may also involve finalising sales and contributes to meeting both quantitative and qualitative project objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and actively listen to understand their requests.
- Analyse needs, propose appropriate solutions and, when applicable, close sales.
- Maintain high standards of service quality throughout each interaction.
- Ensure project targets for volume and satisfaction are achieved.
- Report daily activities and outcomes to the team manager.
- Complete a comprehensive training program before commencing duties.
Required profile
- Fluent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong argumentation and business‑logic abilities.
- Excellent listening skills and genuine empathy.
- Prior experience in inbound telemarketing or call‑center environments is desirable.
