Director of Product – Agentic Healthcare Accounting

About the role

VectorOne is seeking a Director of Product to lead the creation of an AI‑driven accounting platform for the healthcare sector. In this senior, high‑impact position you will combine deep accounting expertise with product strategy to shape the future “office of the CFO” for healthcare organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accounting subject‑matter expert for the design, development and validation of an agentic, AI‑based accounting solution.
• Partner with product managers, data scientists and engineering teams to translate complex healthcare finance processes into intelligent product features and workflows.
• Define business requirements, compliance considerations and industry‑specific nuances that guide product road‑maps.
• Review and validate product outputs to ensure completeness, accuracy, audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, demonstrate value and refine the solution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior product leader or principal accounting expert within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare finance, regulatory requirements and accounting best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and with external clients.
