Distribution Administration Manager

About the role

Wave is seeking a Distribution Administration Manager to support its user acquisition efforts in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Based in Kinshasa, you will handle administrative functions for the Distribution team as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Support user growth office and distribution teams, ensuring distributors are recruited and managed per policy.
• Request, dispatch, and track distribution‑related supplies and maintain performance dashboards.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports, identify data inconsistencies, and manage distributor contracts, bonuses, and payments.
• Act as the main contact for interim firm partners, handle invoices, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and coordination of field teams, including logistics of stationery and merchandising.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in administrative operations, payroll or performance management.
• Proficient in French and a local language; English is a plus.
• University degree and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with networks of salespeople or agents and knowledge of DRC labour laws is advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Experience using Google Maps for logistics.
