About the role

The Finance Manager – Record to Report (RTR) leads the RTR function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while driving continuous improvement. This senior‑level position partners with stakeholders to align reporting processes with strategic objectives and supports the overall financial health of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and set performance targets for the RTR team.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end Record to Report cycle, guaranteeing data accuracy and compliance.
• Lead performance reviews, coaching, and development plans for team members.
• Identify and implement process automation and efficiency initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between the RTR team, senior leadership, and cross‑functional partners.
• Resolve escalations and complex issues using data‑driven analysis.
• Promote a culture of open communication, innovation, and employee engagement.
