Financial Accountant

About the role

Zoomlion is seeking a Financial Accountant to support its global finance operations. The role involves managing cash, payments, procurement, sales, and asset processes while ensuring compliance with tax and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review cash advance requests, reconcile monthly cash advances between Concur and SAP S/4HANA, and coordinate payments with China finance.
• Validate corporate payments and expense claims in Concur, and forward approved items to China finance.
• Audit supplier and bank data, and support payment processing.
• Examine import port charges, freight, tax settlements, and procurement receipts, flagging inconsistencies for finance review.
• Maintain delivery cost data in the LTC system using historical shipment records.
• Issue export invoices, verify against SAP S/4HANA, and manage credit notes for returns.
• Conduct monthly and annual fixed‑asset and inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and liaise with external auditors.
• Review financial aspects of asset procurement, leases, renovations, and settlements for accuracy.
• Coordinate tax compliance activities, including payroll tax, import VAT, income tax, and cross‑border withholding tax.
• Support the finance team with task reallocation and adapt to shifting priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Concur expense management.
• Experience using SAP S/4HANA (S4) for financial transactions.
• Familiarity with the LTC cost‑tracking system.
• Knowledge of tax compliance tools and processes.
