French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering solutions and clear information via phone and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and calmly find effective resolutions.
• Document all interactions accurately to ensure seamless service continuity.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a remote team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
