French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt assistance via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient support in both French and English, handling a wide range of inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward effective solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support platform.
• Share customer feedback to improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates to stay aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in spoken and written French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce or tech support.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Reliable PC (i5 or higher) and stable internet (≥25 Mbps).

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify support platforms.
