HR Operations & HRMS Officer

About the role

The HR Operations & HRMS Officer will manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, ensure data integrity across HR systems, and support efficient HR service delivery for both local and expatriate staff in Kinshasa.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee master data in HRMS platforms (Oracle, SAP, Adrenalin MAX or equivalents) and perform regular data audits.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract changes and off‑boarding activities, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
• Validate and submit monthly payroll inputs, verify overtime, allowances and benefit claims, and assist with payroll reconciliation.
• Generate HR dashboards, monthly reports and workforce analytics, ensuring data accuracy for internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and company standards, archive employee records and support audit activities.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR operational queries, providing guidance on HRMS navigation and escalating complex cases as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, HRMS administration or related HR functions.
• Proven ability to manage employee data, payroll inputs and HR reporting.
• Experience supporting both local and expatriate employee groups.
