HR Services Manager

About the role

The HR Services Manager leads a dedicated team that delivers day‑to‑day HR support to Vodafone employees. This position ensures that all HR queries—ranging from payroll and benefits to recruitment and graduate programmes—are handled efficiently, meeting agreed service standards and key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Team Leadership – full supervisory responsibility for HR professionals, setting direction and enabling performance.
• Operational Support – align daily tasks with global HR processes and ensure they are fit for purpose.
• Process Improvement – recommend and implement standards, monitor KPIs and service levels.
• Best Practices – apply global HR practices and drive continuous improvement, especially automation.
• Cross‑functional Projects – lead projects, communicate effectively and influence stakeholders to approve changes.
• Strategic Oversight – review, evaluate and prioritize HR tasks using deep process knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading HR teams and delivering customer‑centric services.
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to execute HR transformation initiatives.
• Experience in people development and driving cultural change.
• Ability to analyse data and incorporate external insights into HR processes.
