Human Resources Specialist – DR Congo Recruiter Lead

About the role

Workistry is expanding its global recruiter network and needs a driven Human Resources Specialist to lead recruiting operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo. You will be the public face of Workistry in the region, building relationships with hiring managers and growing our recruiter community.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract, and onboard top recruiters and hiring managers onto the Workistry platform.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies seeking talent partnerships.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Workistry recruiter network in DR Congo.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and matching for partner employers.
• Represent Workistry at recruitment events, industry meetups, and professional conferences in DR Congo.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in DR Congo (agency or in‑house).
• Strong existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters in DR Congo.
• Proven track record of successful placements across any industry vertical.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for recruitment.
• Familiarity with networking apps and digital recruiting tools.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $20,000 to $35,000 per year.
