IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will lead Infrarose’s Information Technology department, ensuring reliable and secure IT operations across the head office and multiple construction project sites. This position combines strategic leadership with hands‑on field work in remote, dynamic environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business and project needs.
• Oversee deployment, maintenance, and support of network infrastructure, satellite/remote connectivity, servers, and end‑user systems at headquarters and field locations.
• Implement cybersecurity measures, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident response and disaster‑recovery planning for distributed operations.
• Manage ERP and business applications supporting engineering, procurement, HR, and project management.
• Provide regular on‑site IT support, assess field infrastructure needs, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead, develop, and schedule the IT team for both office‑based and field‑support roles.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading IT functions in construction, engineering, or similarly field‑oriented environments.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to advise senior management on digital transformation and IT risk.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on‑site at remote project locations.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to operate under limited technical support.
