About the role

Impunity Watch, an international NGO operating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, seeks a short‑term consultancy to strengthen its operational governance. The consultant will help design and implement unified, clear, and enforceable internal processes for the organization’s RDC programme.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing administrative and financial procedures and identify gaps.
• Develop standardized reference frameworks for governance, finance, and administration.
• Provide actionable recommendations to align internal processes with best‑practice standards.
• Support the implementation of new procedures and ensure staff understanding.
• Deliver a final report with documented processes and implementation guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in institutional support, organisational advisory, or similar consultancy for NGOs or international organisations.
• Strong understanding of administrative and financial management in post‑conflict environments.
• Excellent analytical and report‑writing skills.
• Ability to work independently for a 30‑day assignment.
