Project Manager – French Speaking (Dubai)

About the role

Acasus is seeking a French‑speaking Project Manager to lead consulting teams delivering public‑sector reforms across Africa. Based in Dubai, you will coordinate with senior government officials, international partners and internal associates to design and implement solutions that improve health and education outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define project strategies and set priorities to maximise impact for citizens.
• Lead a team of Associates and Senior Associates, providing coaching, problem‑solving support and performance oversight.
• Design, implement and refine systems and processes to improve service delivery.
• Analyse data and evidence to inform decision‑making and develop scenario‑based recommendations for government partners.
• Facilitate large stakeholder meetings, including under exceptional circumstances.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior government officials and international partners.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and interview processes for new team members.
• Travel frequently across project countries in Africa as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in management or strategy consulting.
• International consulting experience, preferably in the public sector.
• Proven track record of leading consulting teams.
• Fluent French and excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• High interpersonal skills and a commitment to public‑sector development.
