Relationship Manager

About the role

The Relationship Manager will be based on‑site in Kinshasa and will act as the primary point of contact for high‑value individual, corporate and institutional clients of Mansa Legacy Group. You will deliver bespoke lifestyle, travel and concierge solutions while ensuring an exceptional level of service and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build, nurture and manage long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth and corporate clients.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored luxury travel, concierge and real‑estate services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction, address issues proactively and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records, prepare proposals, reports and support member events.
• Represent Mansa Legacy Group with professionalism, discretion and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality, luxury services, travel management or related customer‑facing sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to understand complex client needs.
• Excellent communication in French and English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and cultural awareness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support client schedules, events and travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, email).
