Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will interact with customers in French and English, turning inquiries into positive experiences while supporting e‑commerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat, email and phone in both French and English.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, order‑related or account issues.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates across time zones to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least one year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
