Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will interact with customers from French-speaking markets, providing assistance through chat, email and phone while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and phone.
• Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical or order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
