Sales & Marketing Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategies that drive revenue, occupancy and brand visibility for a hotel. This position works closely with internal teams and external partners to capture new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement annual sales and marketing plans to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and secure corporate, government, travel agency, tour operator and group business.
• Negotiate contracts, rates and partnership agreements.
• Coordinate sales calls, site inspections and client presentations.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, social media, advertising and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and customer preferences to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Front Office and Revenue Management to maximise occupancy and profitability.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events and industry exhibitions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and marketing analyses.
• Manage the sales and marketing budget and ensure brand standards across all communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales and marketing experience in the hospitality or hotel sector.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and increasing hotel revenue.
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales, digital marketing and revenue management principles.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
