Senior HRBP Manager with International Experience

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner Manager to join our construction operations in Kinshasa. The role will partner with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives, align talent management with business goals, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to business and project leadership teams.
• Partner with management on workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and manpower budgeting.
• Drive talent acquisition strategies for corporate and project‑based hiring requirements.
• Lead onboarding and employee integration programs for new hires.
• Support expatriate workforce management, work permits, visas, and mobility‑related activities.
• Lead HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Coach and mentor HR team members to build a high‑performing HR function.

Required profile

• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent; additional HR certifications are a plus.
• 12–18 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Oil & Gas, or Engineering.
• Experience managing large, project‑based and multicultural workforces.
• International or African work experience preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Kinshasa.
