Senior Manager, APAC Enterprise Account-Based Marketing

About the role

Autodesk is looking for a Senior Manager to lead its APAC Enterprise Account‑Based Marketing team. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on people management to deliver high‑impact, tailored ABM programs that align with Named Accounts sales priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the regional Enterprise ABM strategy.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of enterprise account‑based marketers.
• Ensure marketing programs align with corporate vision, brand guidelines, and the buyer’s journey.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Accounts sales leaders and cross‑functional partners to coordinate ABM initiatives.
• Oversee budget allocation, track actuals, and report on ROI and resource efficiency.
• Maintain accurate performance metrics and provide analysis of campaign results.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing and leading a marketing team.
• 8+ years of B2B account‑based marketing, customer lifecycle, or customer success marketing experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with design, manufacturing, media & entertainment, architecture, engineering, or construction industries.
