Senior Parking Lot Logistics Officer

About the role

Enedroc, a Congolese logistics company operating a new commercial logistics centre near Matadi port, is looking for a senior professional to manage day‑to‑day operations of the logistics park and its commodity importation business. The role combines rental management, revenue collection and safe site oversight for container storage and truck parking.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and administer daily and monthly rental agreements for containers and trucks.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date register of contracts, renewal dates and client details.
• Issue invoices, collect payments and resolve client disputes promptly.
• Oversee implementation of site technology and equipment, as well as construction contracts.
• Appoint and coordinate import agents for various fuel commodities.
• Interact with port authorities, ship owners and exporters to ensure smooth vessel handling.
• Arrange domestic transport of bulk fuel by train or truck.
• Manage cargo insurance arrangements with insurers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Property Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics, property or facilities management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience drafting and managing rental or lease agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse space utilisation and optimise capacity.
• Strong knowledge of revenue collection and commercial property operations.
• Experience in the DRC or a comparable Sub‑Saharan African market is an asset.
• Full professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
