Service Administrator – EQ Job Management

About the role

Sandvik Mining and Construction DRC is looking for a Service Administrator to manage the EQ (Job Management) module for its Kolwezi site. The role ensures that job data, parts ordering, and customer invoicing are accurate, timely, and aligned with safety and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the EQ Job Management system with up‑to‑date internal control documentation.
• Oversee Work‑In‑Progress (WIP) monitoring, classification, and closure of jobs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly EQ tracking reports for management review.
• Coordinate parts ordering to support repairs and uninterrupted customer operations.
• Manage end‑to‑end job lifecycle: opening, cost tracking, physical counts, and closure.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by providing WIP values and project cost forecasts.
• Generate and reconcile EQ management reports with the Balance Sheet.
• Liaise with customers and other sites for long‑term planning, parts redistribution, and weekly availability updates.

Required profile

• Congolese national with a degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial or mining environment.
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle customer relations.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Aurora is a plus).
